For removing excess hardness ( > 50) in your supply water, caused by Calcium / Iron / Manganese

Typically used for ground water that can range from a hardness of 50 to river water at around 300. (rain water typically has hardness under 10).

The media tank measures 10" x 54" (250mm x 1370mm) PROVIDING AMPLE SURFACE AREA to match flowrates typically occurring in single bathroom houses.

Water passes through a coarse crushed glass layer in the bottom of the tank, then up through the resin bead media.

Kit includes:

1. Media tank
2. Control Head (backwash)
3. Salt Tank (Salt NOT included - 2 bags makes a good brine)
4. Resin Bead (3 x 15kg bags)
