10 barG 1/4" NPT 50mm bottom entry Glycerin filled stainless steel pressure gauge.

Typically fitted to Jumbo Filter Heads.

We fit these gauges to our filters using an Oring for sealing. (Oring supplied with gauge). This avoids using thread tape which often results in an expensive crack in the thin plastic gauge wall on the filter head.

Gauges are used to help with:

• determining which cartridge is causing a pressure loss
• indicating how close you are to your cartridges becoming 'plugged'
• knowing when you have reduced the systems pressure to 0 before you try undoing the filter sump. Any pressure will make this very difficult.
