We have sold thousands of UV lamps over the years.We guarantee to provide the best quality. Our systems have been tested to ensure the processing formulas and the lamps are balanced to output, intensity and flow.

When first installed lamps have an output of around 100% however over a period of 12 to 18 months that output deteriorates. When it reaches less than 70% the lamp does not have the output intensity to allow processing of the water in one pass. One pass is the duration that the water is exposed to the lamp light from its entry into the chamber at one end and its exit at the other. The complicated formula for determining this is based on water flow, turbidity, chamber length and volume, width and lamp output. If one or more of these criteria are incorrect then your system will not sterilise the water.

Hence the need to ensure lamps are replaced regularly. We are often asked but lamps that glow after being in systems for several years are doing nothing.

We can supply virtually all brands, if we do not have it in stock we will get it in. In most cases we can courier these to you overnight.

If you have water damaged lamp ballast/controller connections or leads then we can often replace these for you.
