We focus on supplying convenient and pre-packed service kits for every system. The kits include;

• • The correct UV lamp for your system
• • Your preferred or recommended filter cartridges for your system. We only use food grade certified filter media.
• • Quartz sleeve seals, which need replacing at the same time your lamp is replaced. If they are not replaced they will harden and then leak.

Note that, a UV system can only perform optimally when serviced annually and when the quartz sleeve is cleaned regularly. This can be done by the home owner utilising the instructions in the manual which was provided with the system. If however you are unsure then please call us and we will give you some assistance.
